Dr. Oscar Serrallach graduated with a medical degree (MBChB) from the Auckland School of Medicine, New Zealand in 1996. He received his fellowship of Family Medicine and General Practice in 2008 and is currently completing a Fellowship in Nutritional and Environmental Medicine. He is the owner and principal doctor at the Mullumbimby Integrative Medical Centre based in Northern NSW Australia, which he has been running since 2011. Author of “The Postnatal Depletion Cure”.

Jessica Bippen, MS, RD is a Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition Therapy. Jessica's made it her mission to help women uncover their forever wellness by focusing on valuing the journey and knowing that a one-size-fits-all method won’t fit every season of life. Helping mom's nourish their bodies during every stage of pregnancy and postpartum is something Jessica find's incredibly rewarding. Jessica is the founder of Nourished by Nutrition, where she shares delicious healthy recipes, science-based nutrition information and lifestyle wellness.

Dr. Lewis is a graduate of Bastyr University and completed a 2-year post-graduate training program in integrative women’s health. She has been credentialed by NAMS as a certified menopause practitioner, ABORM as a fellow of oriental reproductive medicine, and PSI in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. Dr. Lewis is the only integrative physician to have achieved this combination of education & training. With an emphasis on physical health and mental wellbeing in preconception, prenatal, postpartum, and post-childbearing, her goal is for all women to flourish throughout their reproductive lifecycle.

Dr. Kayla Eckart is a licensed Naturopathic Physician who finds treating women, specifically mothers, especially rewarding. She believes that in caring for the mother, she cares for the whole family. Women who juggle a multitude of responsibilities oftensacrifice their own well-being. However, when the mother prioritizies her own health, the whole family benefits. Dr. Eckart’s unique skill set in women’s health and regenerative medicine enables her to address a wide range of women’s health concerns

Amey Fields, RN, IBCLC, has 18 years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse and 8 years of experience as a Lactation Consultant. Amy owns Az Breastfed Babies and offers both in person and virtual breastfeeding and newborn care consultations. Since 2011, Amey has hosted a free weekly postpartum support group called Circle of Mothers. Amey is able to help parents feel they are thriving by addressing breastfeeding and newborn care questions, general postpartum concerns, as well as ensuring the family has the resources and support they need.

Dr. Saru Bala is a naturopathic doctor with a degree from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Prior to attending medical school, she received her Bachelor's degree in Neurobiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She has done extra training hours in the areas of women's health and pediatrics. Currently, her primary focus is on fertility, preconception care, hormonal health for women, and pediatrics. With chronic disease being a major part of our community now, her goal is to see a society where health is valued, and each individual knows how to take care of themselves. Where better to start than with women and kids? Creating healthy, happy, women and babies creates the foundations for a healthier community. 

Dr. Alissia Zenhausern, NMD (or Dr. Zen for short) is a licensed naturopathic doctor and the founder of NMD Wellness of Scottsdale. She focuses on helping women get back into the driver's seat of their own health. She believes in helping educate, inspire and empower women to better understand their hormones and fertility, so they can make decisions that are right for them. From preconception counseling, PCOS, fertility and postpartum care, Dr. Zen helps women have a voice in their own health. She has been featured as a lead expert in wellness in Instyle Magazine, Shape and Forbes and truly believes in empowering women to optimize their health naturally.
