Green Lactation Smoothie Recipe


  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 scoop Majka Nourishing Lactation Protein Powder
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ⅓ fresh avocado
  • 2 large handfuls fresh spinach
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
