Lactation Boosting Berry Smoothie Bowl

Lactation Boosting Berry Smoothie Bowl

Jan 31, 2020

If we’re being honest, smoothie bowls are really just more sophisticated versions of smoothies. We aren’t complaining though, because it gives us the opportunity to add even more nutrient dense ingredients to our favorite smoothie recipes.

Even though we love going all out on garnishing our smoothie bowls, we like to go all out with the ingredients on the inside too. This Lactation Boosting Berry Smoothie Bowl is truly one of our fave recipes because it is packed full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and lactation boosting ingredients.

This smoothie bowl features two secret weapons, cauliflower rice & our Majka Nourishing Lactation Protein Powder. Yes, you read that right. This delicious and nutritious smoothie bowl has cauliflower rice inside to help you get an extra serving of veggies

We love to include our Nourishing Lactation Protein Powder in smoothies because it was specifically designed to fill in the nutritional gaps of a breastfeeding mother.

Nobody has time to take a million supplements with separate benefits, which is why just one scoop of our powder not only provides you with milk enhancing herbs, but also protein, enzymes (to make sure you are breaking down and absorbing all your nutrients from food), probiotics (healthy gut microbiome), polyphenols (hello antioxidants!), a greens blend and a bio-active b complex!

We know you’re dying to find out, so let’s get into the recipe!

  2. Blend until smooth.

The best part of this recipe besides, well everything about it, is that it tastes so incredibly delicious. We aren’t even joking when we say it tastes just like a freshly baked blueberry pie. Who wouldn’t want something extremely nourishing that tastes like dessert?

This recipe really is the ultimate treat for nursing mamas who need a quick boost in energy and a boost in their milk supply!
