It’s healthy and it will give you the energy and lactation support you are looking for!

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1/3 frozen banana
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil
  • 1 scoop Majka Lactation Powder

  1. Combine all ingredients and blend, pour, and enjoy!

Why This Works

Almond Milk

Almonds pack a punch by providing you with protein, calcium, magnesium, and omega-3 fatty acids, which have all been proven to increase breast milk production! For an additional boost and a rich flavor, feel free to add raw almonds or almond butter to this recipe.

Dark leafy greens are loaded with nutrients, including iron and calcium. They also contain phytoestrogens, which can strengthen your milk supply. It’s no wonder mom always told you to eat your greens growing up!

Not only does banana give this smoothie its sweet taste and creamy texture, but it provides your body with potassium and helps to keep electrolytes balanced. Bananas are also high in vitamin C and will give you a boost in energy!

The star of the show in this recipe, carrots are high in Vitamin A, which complements lactation and boosts the quality of your milk.

Coconut Oil or MCT Oil

Coconut oil contains high amounts of lauric acid that protect your newborn’s immune system. Plus, mothers who consume coconut oil while nursing are said to have breast milk that is ample in nutrients and antimicrobials.

Majka Nourishing Lactation Powder

At Majka, we take pride in all of our products being full of nutritional health benefits, but the custom lactation blend in the Nourishing Lactation Protein Powder is the real superhero for those who are struggling with low breast milk production. Fenugreek, organic ginger root, turmeric root extract, and other natural ingredients found in Majka’s scientifically formulated lactation blend can have positive effects on breast milk supply.
